Affiliate Terms and Conditions
ADVERSO AFFILIATE PROGRAMME TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to the Adverso Affiliate Programme (the "Programme"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation and outline your rights and responsibilities as an affiliate ("Affiliate"). By joining, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not accept them, you may not participate.
1. Eligibility
1.1 The Programme is open to individuals and legal entities worldwide. However, Adverso reserves the right to approve or reject applicants at its sole discretion.
1.2 Only approved Affiliates receive a 30% recurring commission on referred users' fees for the entire duration of their subscription.
1.3 There are no restrictions based on geography or industry.
2. Commission Structure
2.1 Approved Affiliates earn a 30% commission on referred users' subscription fees for their lifetime.
2.2 There is no minimum payout threshold, ensuring quick and consistent rewards.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Commissions are paid monthly.
3.2 Affiliates must issue an invoice for commissions and send it to hello@adverso.io. Invoices for a given month (e.g., April) can be submitted after the 15th of the following month (e.g., 15th May).
3.3 Adverso processes payments within 30 days of receiving a valid invoice.
3.4 Payments are made via bank transfer.
3.5 Commissions are only paid when the referred user has successfully completed a payment to Adverso.
4. Tracking and Attribution
4.1 The Programme primarily follows a last-referrer attribution model, meaning the last referrer receives the commission.
4.2 Tracking is managed through cookies, which remain valid for 90 days.
4.3 Adverso uses a third-party software, tolt.io, for tracking affiliate referrals and sales data. Each Affiliate will have access to their performance data through the tolt.io panel.
4.4 Affiliates should prepare their monthly invoices based on the attributed sales data visible in their tolt.io panel.
4.5 In cases of disputed referrals, Adverso reserves the right to determine commission attribution.
5. Affiliate Responsibilities and Restrictions
5.1 Affiliates must represent Adverso honestly and refrain from misleading claims or statements.
5.2 Affiliates may not falsely present themselves as Adverso or claim an official partnership unless explicitly authorised.
5.3 Promotional efforts may include digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and other channels, provided they comply with applicable laws.
5.4 Affiliates must disclose their affiliation when promoting Adverso.
5.5 Misrepresentation or unethical promotional tactics may result in immediate termination.
6. Fraud Prevention
6.1 Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
- Self-referrals
- Fake accounts
- Incentive-based sign-ups
- Manipulated referrals
6.2 Adverso will investigate suspected fraud and reserves the right to withhold or reclaim commissions in confirmed cases.
7. Termination Policy
7.1 Adverso may terminate an Affiliate's participation in the Programme for:
- Violating these Terms
- Engaging in fraudulent activities
- Conduct that harms Adverso's reputation
- Any action negatively impacting Adverso's business
7.2 In cases of termination for reasons other than fraud or misconduct, Adverso may continue paying commissions for up to one year at its discretion.
8. Legal and Compliance
8.1 Affiliates must comply with all applicable advertising and consumer protection laws, including but not limited to GDPR and FTC guidelines.
8.2 Participation in the Programme signifies acceptance of these Terms, which are available on Adverso's website.
9. Marketing Materials
9.1 Adverso provides basic marketing support, including design assets and promotional guidelines.
9.2 Affiliates may create their own materials but must not mislead users into believing they represent Adverso.
9.3 All materials must adhere to ethical advertising standards and applicable regulations.
