The client started working with us as an active seller with product listings, but unsatisfactory sales. We started our collaboration in August 2022, with July 2022 resulting in £249,400 in sales and 19,36% TACOS.

The Challenge

The Challenge

The client was selling on UK Amazon and previously worked with another Amazon agency. Due to unsatisfactory sales and unfavourable profitability, the client requested that we take over and provide holistic diagnostics, optimization of existing ads, setup of new campaigns, and ongoing account management.

What we did

What we did

We audited the account (settings, overall health, quality of setup, and profitability of existing campaigns) to diagnose any existing issues inhibiting revenue and cleaned up the client’s current ad setup and portfolio across the three categories. We then created the necessary new campaigns.


Less than a month after the initial activities, the client observed satisfactory results - an increase in PPC sales by more than 300% and improved profitability. After deciding to entrust us with the entire management of Amazon PPC campaigns, we managed to gradually reduce TACOS from 19,36% to 11,21% while maintaining a positive sales trend.
